Fascinating Facts About Our Polar Animals


After weeks of research, writing, and editing we have completed our Polar Animal Research Reports, and as a culminating activity the children chose one fascinating fact they uncovered in their research.  Click on the picture below to hear us present our Fascinating Facts.

    We just finished viewing your incredible Fascinating Fact presentation. Boy, were we all impressed!!! You all did such a wonderful job sharing about your polar animals. We loved the pictures and learned so much about each animal. You should all be very proud of all of your hard work! Very impressive!!!

  6. You all did a wonderful job on your research projects! I can tell that you put a lot of hard work into your research as well as your artwork. I learned many new facts about polar animals. The most fascinating fact I learned was that the walrus is able to swim while sleeping.

    You taught me many new and fascinating facts. I never knew that polar bears balanced their weight and that is why they can walk across thin ice. I have always found it interesting that the snowy owl can turn its head completely around. Would you like to be able to do that with your head?
    You should all be proud of your hard work. I can't wait to see your next project.
