The children learned through an engaging hands-on investigation how science, technology, engineering and math are interconnected. Each student made their own race car and tested how far they could travel. Working through the steps of the scientific method the children investigated how force and motion can affect the the distance a race car can travel.

Scientists of the future! |
The children formed a hypothesis and tested their race cars to see which traveled the farthest. Remember even Einstein asked questions, and scientists ask questions to find answers!

Each student tested how far their car would travel with and without treads. |
